Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
Observed single pair Ag-NOR pair located on chromosome pair 1, adjacent to telomeric position of long arm. Constitutive heterochromatin blocks presented at not only centromeres of several chromosome pairs (except pairs 8–11, 14, 16, 18–20), but also found at interstitial sites in chromosome pairs 1, 6, 14 and 19.
